GROWING TOGETHER IN FAITH Little Flowers is an opportunity to make friends, pray, sing songs, and share about our Catholic faith, and how true, beautiful and fun it is. We will also eat snacks and play on the playground. St. Therese called herself "God’s Little Flower," so we place ourselves under her patronage using this name. Children ages 0-5 and their caregivers are invited to join us on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. An Event Just for the Older Youth COME AND CELEBRATE ST. PATRICK’S DAY Connect with others and meet new friends at this monthly senior luncheon on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. We will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with corn beef sliders, cole slaw, potato chips, and desserts. There will be a door prize, and play Bunco afterward! In honor of Women’s History Month, the Social Justice in Action Ministry presents Emily Ryder Perlmeter, senior advisor in Community Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Larry Payne, St. Theresa’s Community Engagement minister, and civic leader Randi Sonenshein for a discussion that explores the power women have in our economy. LIVING JUSTICE: CATHOLIC SOCIAL TEACHING IN ACTION We learned about Catholic Social Teaching in our lecture series; now let’s know how to live it. Join the Social Justice in Action Ministry Team for a book discussion on “Living Justice: Catholic Social Teaching in Action” (third edition) by Thomas Massaro, SJ. Let’s learn together how to take the next step in our lives as Catholic Christians. We will meet on the fourth Thursday of the month. The second meeting will be on March 23rd in the Fellowship Hall at 7:00 p.m. In addition, mark your calendar for April 27th, and May 25th. Over these four Thursday night sessions, we will discuss two chapters at each meeting. Please read the chapters before the discussion. The books are available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
