1. Submit Application.
The following completed documents must be included to complete your application:
· Application for Admission
· Copy of birth certificate
· Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
· Copy of social security card (not just the number)
· School records from school currently enrolled (most recent report card and test scores)
· Teacher Recommendation Form (sent directly from teacher)
· Test results from any educational or psychological testing
· Immunization records
· Authorization to Release Records
· Application fee of $75.00 per student
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. TRANSFER STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED UNTIL TRANSCRIPTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE RECEIVED FROM CURRENT SCHOOL.
All new students are admitted on a probationary basis.
2. Registrar will call you to set an appointment with the counselor.
3. The student will be given a grade level entrance test and interviewed by the counselor.
4. The parent will be called with the admission decision.
5. The placement will be held for 48 hours. Registration fee of $300.00 per family will be due at this time.
